Can I refinance if my home is currently in foreclosure?

What if I have already filed my intent to redeem with the Public Trustee,

we have received your complete documentation package. Our in house underwriting
allows us to approve loans in as little as 24 hours. Closing can take
place within 5 days of approval.
Can I refinance if I have filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the past?
YES! If your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is final.
Can I refinance if I have filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy?
NO PROBLEM! Even if you are currently in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy,
just have your attorney file a Motion to Incur New Debt with the Bankruptcy
Trustee. As soon as approval from the Trustee is obtained, we can process
your loan.
What if I have already been told by other lenders that they cannot
refinance me?
