Step 4:
Submit Info Release Authorization and Full Package Documentation
based on the appropriate Submission Package (Step 3).
NewPoint Lending will then:
- Request Title Commitment
- Request Appraisal
- Request Hazard Insurance Mortgagee Clause Change
- Send Full NewPoint Lending Disclosure Package direct to the
Borrower and a copy to the Broker (specify delivery method
– i.e. e-mail, fax, DHL 2 Day with return envelope)
